Modern Art Press is a registered charity, which specialises in publishing catalogues raisonnés and other educational books on art.
Toby Treves, formerly a curator of twentieth century British art at Tate, is the CEO. The board of trustees is chaired by John Nicoll, former owner of Frances Lincoln Ltd and director of Yale University Press Ltd, Patrick Walker, former chairman of Watmoughs plc, and Richard Mason, chartered accountant, are also trustees.
Sir Alan Bowness, Dr Matthew Gale (Head of Displays at Tate Modern), Sir Nicholas Goodison, Timothy Llewellyn (Chairman of The Burlington Magazine) and Sir Nicholas Penny sit on the advisory panel.
